Unable to attend?

If you are unable to attend please complete your Registration and Ticket Application form or contact the Graduation Team as soon as possible by emailing graduation@chi.ac.uk with your name, student number and subject.

Extra tickets

Extra tickets may be requested on your Registration and Ticket Application form. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Car parking

The University of Chichester regrets it cannot provide car parking for Graduands and their guests. However, there are a number of car parks close to the Chichester Festival Theatre (where the ceremonies are held). Information on parking in Chichester can be found on the District Council website. You are advised to leave plenty of time to find a parking space.

Car parking for people with disabilities

There will be a drop off point outside Chichester Festival Theatre, where the ceremonies are held, and there is a limited number of disabled parking spaces available in Northgate Car Park close to the Theatre site.

Refreshments

Refreshments will be available at the Festival Theatre.

Academic dress

To order your academic dress please visit William Northam (http://www.williamnortham.com). The closing date for ordering academic dress is 10th October 2016.

Photography

William Northam Photography will be available for official portrait graduation photos. Information will be sent to you with your invitation. You are advised to pre-order photography to avoid long queues on the day. To place your order visit www.williamnortham.com or telephone 01223 205625. You will not be able to order photography until after invitations have been posted.

To avoid delays please collect your gown a little earlier if you are using this service. Alternatively you can have your photographs taken after the Ceremony.

Data protection

In respect of all eligible finalists, whether attending or not attending a graduation ceremony, your

  • Name and award title (but not your classification) will be included in the University's graduation programme
  • Name will be printed on the University's 'Year of 2017' t-shirt and hoody
  • Name and award title (but not your classification) will be included in the Chichester Observer newspaper

All student leavers will automatically become members of The Alumni Association. You will be able to ‘opt out’ of having your name, contact information and award title used in commemorative publicity material or added to the Alumni database. For full details of how the Alumni Association will use your personal data please visit their webpage at: http://alumni.chi.ac.uk/. You will have the opportunity to unsubscribe in all email correspondence and/or may withdraw from these communications at any time by contacting alumni@chi.ac.uk

If you object to these uses of your personal data you will be requested to tick the opt-out boxes on your Registration and Ticket Application Form or send details in writing or by email to the Graduation Office by 28 July 2017.
