University shortlisted for 'Outstanding Leadership and Management Team' national award
The Chief Executive’s Team (ChET) has been shortlisted in the annual Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards in the Outstanding Leadership and Management Team category. This category recognises the UK universities that demonstrate the greatest breadth and depth of leadership and management skills.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Clive Behagg commented: “I am delighted that the University has been shortlisted for this prestigious award. Leadership and management works so effectively at all levels of the University because of the values that are shared by the staff and the determination of everyone who works here, to get it right for our students. This has enabled us to deal successfully with the dramatic changes that the sector has experienced over the last four years.”
