The Faculty, led by the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Dr Sarah Gilroy, provides a structure for innovative learning and teaching methodologies to undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research students; a structure where research of international renown informs teaching, and where everyone is treated as an individual.
The Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr Mark Mason, supports the Deputy Vice Chancellor in ensuring the academic quality, management and relevance of our programmes of study and research. They have delegated responsibility for the design and delivery of the academic portfolio including collaborative provision, oversight of quality and standards, student experience and the promotion of excellence and innovation in learning and teaching.
The Faculty Manager works to help ensure the academic provision is supported by welcoming, professional administrative and technical staff, and that the Faculty is appropriately resourced to deliver the optimum experience to our students.
