The Accommodation Office acts as your landlord, and we have a responsibility to implement the terms and conditions of your licence agreement. On the other hand, we are also partly in 'loco parentis' for our residents, and we have a responsibility to look out for your health and safety and general wellbeing. If you have any problems living in residences, we are here to listen and help make things right.
