Courses and Qualifications
What we offer

We offer a broad range of courses and qualifications to businesses, the public sector and to social enterprises. The courses are relevant for those looking to develop their Leadership and Management skills, this could be current managers or those wishing to progress.

As well as employees coming to us in classroom based learning with other students, we can also provide bespoke training to groups of employees, tailored to suit your organisation’s needs. Whether you are a small business looking to train your staff or a large organisation seeking to improve your existing staff development portfolio, we will work with you to build a tailored programme to fit your requirements.

Leadership and Management MA

Do you want to study a Masters that directly links to your current business model and fits with your working life?

Our Leadership and Management MA is tailored to fit the your business and professional interests. The course is part time and we only require you to be in the classroom one day a month.

The MA programme has been designed to achieve a close connection between the learning environment and the workplace.  Emphasis is placed on face to face delivery of the programme with student participation and experience being central to the facilitation of learning and teaching. The use of professional specialists to provide input where required is also a key feature of the learning approach.

The programme examines the practice of leadership and management informed by an analysis of wider management theory, in a changing organisational context.

Degree Apprenticeships

There's a new way to gain a degree and build work-ready skills at the same time.

We are partnering with regional employers to deliver degree apprenticeships, offering opportunities to work full time, get paid a salary, and study for a degree.

Degree apprenticeships are a new initiative launched by the Government which allow you to combine work and study.

There’s a range of business of all sizes collaborating with universities to offer degree apprenticeship opportunities.

You'll be recruited by your employer as a degree apprentice, and would work for four days a week and study for a degree on one day a week at Chichester.

Chartered Management Institute

We offer part-time programmes of study in management and leadership, first line management and coaching and mentoring at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels.  All can be delivered at our Bognor Regis Campus subject to enrolments.

Study leads to a nationally recognised CMI qualification and is an excellent stepping stone to becoming a better manager.  It shows your intention to become more professional and to develop your management skills.
