Career Management Skills Online (CMS) is a program developed by the University of Reading Careers Service.  It has been adopted by many universities in the UK and has been designed to be used both individually and in scheduled careers sessions.

The program is made up of three linked sections: finding your profile, finding the fit and effective applications.  It is not possible to save your work within the system so make sure you save any important work locally as directed in the program or print out your results.  We have modified some areas to adapt it for Chichester and will be producing a guide for students and staff on how to get the best out of CMS.  We therefore welcome any feedback, thoughts and ideas you have about CMS.

You can also access CMS through the 'University Services' page of Portia.  On the right-hand menu - click on the link 'Career Management Skills Online'.  The software is only available if you are on campus.
