Assessment Centres Psychometric Testing

Certain large employers use assessment centres and / or psychometric tests as an additional way of evaluating applicants. Interviews have been shown to be fallible as a means of recruiting staff and by using these additional methods employers aim to increase the reliability of their selection. They are probably not your idea of a fun day out.

We offer full SHL psychometric tests on the Bishop Otter Campus. These cover verbal, numerical and diagrammatic reasoning skills. They are not personality tests.
