The Women's Sport Leadership Academy (WSLA) is dedicated to developing tomorrow's leaders of sport.

WSLA provides unique development opportunities for women leaders from around the world to step up, take the lead and make an impact. Since 2014, 108 women from 31 countries have graduated to become part of the Academy.

WSLA is hosted by the AWF, co-delivered with Females Achieving Brilliance (FAB) and is supported by the University of Chichester.

The main component of the Academy is a week-long residential at the University of Chichester. Combining the essential elements for self-critical learning and development, the unique learning environment includes high-profile guest speakers, workshops, personal development planning, national and international support groups, as well as physical activities. Participants graduate to become part of an international network of women sport leaders.
