Chris AggsChris is a painter and etcher who exhibits widely. He has been involved in biannual gallery surveys of recent work in various London venues for the past 15 years, and was awarded a retrospective at Worthing Museum and Art Gallery in 2000.

He is a member of the Steering Committee responsible for commissioning works of Art for St Richard's Hospital Chichester. In 2007 he curated an exhibition of the lost drawings of Stanley Spencer for the Otter Gallery at the University. Recent exhibition, ‘Drawing on Research’ at The Otter Gallery (2008) and Worthing Museum and Art Gallery ‘Interventions’ responding to the collection of the museum. His work is in public and private collections. He is a realist painter with an interest in the gap between perception and painterly equivalence.
