Academic Registry and Admissions

stylecurve

Academic Registry has responsibility for ensuring that records for all students (undergraduate, postgraduate and research) are accurately maintained and complete from the time an applicant becomes a registered student through to final award. Every effort is made to ensure that Academic Registry provides a professional, proactive and high quality service to students, staff and other visitors both in person, at both campuses and via email, telephone or written correspondence.

In particular, Academic Registry provides comprehensive administrative support in relation to Student Records, Programme and Modular Records, Assessment, Timetabling and Room Bookings.

A Counter & Reception Service, for students, staff and other visitors, is maintained at the Bishop Otter Campus during the working hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday. A similar but reduced service operates on the Bognor Regis Campus.
