How to find us

The Otter Gallery is on the ground floor of the Learning Resource Centre (LRC) at the University of Chichester’s Bishop Otter campus in College Lane, Chichester. The LRC is the large building on the left at the main entrance to the campus.

The gallery is a 15-minute walk from Chichester city centre or a 20-minute walk from the train station. Stagecoach’s No 50 bus runs half-hourly (at 16 & 46 minutes past the hour) on weekdays between the bus/railway station, the city centre and the Bishop Otter campus. It returns from the university on the hour and half-past.

The U7 bus runs between Chichester and Bognor Regis with a stop at the Bishop Otter campus. Other buses stop at the end of College Lane.

For more information about travelling to Bishop Otter campus, see our How to Find Us page.

Free parking between 8am-5pm is available in designated bays for up to 30 minutes in the car park next to the Learning Resource Centre, and in the main car park by the artOne building.

If you want to enjoy the Gallery for an extended period between 8am-5pm you may use the main car park which is pay and display for visitors. A pay and display ticket is valid in all car parks on campus other than the barrier controlled and restricted parking bays eg. car share, reserved and disabled. Ticket machines are situated in the main car park only.

Alternative parking is available off-campus at Northgate car park.

Disability Access:  Dropping off spaces are available in the car park opposite the Learning Resource Centre (to the right of the main entrance) and marked disabled bays are available in all of the University car parks.

Please note the campus is currently undergoing redevelopment work. This may affect some areas of access to the site.
