Being mentally ready is just as if not more important than being physically ready. Jenny was working with me right the way through fight preparation , she helped me manage and balance the stresses of life and having an upcoming fight.

I have been working with Jenny for just over 6 months now, and have found her to be very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Jenny for any athlete who wants to improve not just their sport but themselves as a whole.

Since working with Jenny she has helped me boost my confidence using various exercises, discussing past, present and future plans and helping me set realistic goals that I am now well on the way to accomplishing.

Since working with Jenny the way that I think and approach competing is completely different and the way that I break down negative thoughts and turn them into positive ones is all down to her.
