Campus Information

The 5th International Conference on Qualitative Research in Sport and Exercise takes place at the University of Chichester, located on the South coast of England.

Near to the coast and countryside, it is a popular and pretty place to live and study.

Our Bishop Otter Campus in Chichester is approximately 16 miles east of Portsmouth, 35 miles west of Brighton and about 60 miles south of London.

The campus is set in beautiful surroundings, with plenty of green space to relax in and the desirable combination of attractive, historic buildings and excellent, modern facilities.

The campus was founded by William Otter, Bishop of Chichester, in 1839 and the original parts of the University still retain a strong sense of history.
