Fraser Tannock

Fraser studied at Trinity College of Music, winning the Philip Jones & David Toplis brass prizes, and in 1998 won the Royal Overseas League Annual Commonwealth Competition. He currently freelances as an orchestral and chamber player, soloist, and theatre and recording musician.

As a soloist, he has appeared in London at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room, Millennium Dome and St.Martin-in-the-Fields, as well as in Europe, USA and South America. His recording of Leopold Mozart’s Concerto in D was featured on Classic fm’s recording of the week.

His orchestral & opera work has taken him all over Europe, North and South America, Asia and the Seychelles and includes Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra, London Concert Orchestra and English National Opera. Theatre work includes numerous West End shows, Shakespeare’s Globe, Chichester Festival Theatre and tours in the UK and abroad.

He has recorded for BBC, Channel 4 and ITV as well as commercial orchestral recordings, films and pop and dance tracks.

Fraser is a cricket fanatic and lives in West London with Tami, Louis and Lola.
