University of Chichester congratulates alumna on election success

The University of Chichester is pleased to congratulate Jess Brown-Fuller on her success in the general election on 4 July. Jess Brown-Fuller, who represents the Liberal Democrats, was elected as the MP for Chichester. Jess is an alumna of the University, from where she graduated in 2013 in Performing Arts.

A member of staff from the Conservatoire at the University of Chichester said: “Huge congratulations to our theatre graduate Jess Brown-Fuller on being elected to parliament as our new MP for Chichester. Studying the arts has so many invaluable transferable skills. Our students and graduates are able to work with other people, communicate clearly, find creative and imaginative ways around problems, and be adaptable. They have confidence, presence, care about the world around them and understand how access to art provision changes lives.”
