About

Career summary: I am a Transactional Analyst and hold a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA-P) qualification in psychotherapy, an MSc in Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. My training also includes a Diploma in Gestalt Theory & Practice and a Certificate in Adoption Support Counselling, and a Diploma in Supervision. I have a private practice in Hove and Arundel where I see individual clients, couples and supervisees. My passion and special areas of interest are addiction, with a particular focus on substance misuse, support for individuals with a late diagnosis of ADHD, and adoption-related challenges.

Prior to working as a psychotherapist, I worked as a Learning and Development Consultant/Trainer and Executive Coach for various Corporations both in the UK and abroad.

I am also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor for Mental Health First Aid England.

Professional

Professional: I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and a member of European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA), the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA) and the United Kingdom Association of Transactional Analysis (UKATA).
