Stephen Lodge

About

Graduating from the University of Southampton with a 1st Class Honours Degree, Stephen began his Nursing career as a District Nurse in Hampshire, before transitioning into Practice Nursing for a local GP service as well as supporting NHS and Private patients.

Following this, Stephen worked within a variety of roles relating to Apprenticeships and Professional Development. Before joining the University of Chichester in a Lecturing role, Stephen worked as the HCSW Workforce Lead for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, where his work saw him win the Award for “Innovation and Excellence in Local Attraction” at the 2023 NHS England HCSW programme celebration event in October 2023.
