About

Tim is the subject coordinator for the History route of the Secondary PGCE Programme.  He is also a Professional Studies tutor on the Secondary PGCE Programme.

EXPERIENCE

Before joining the PGCE Programme at the University of Chichester, Tim was Lead Teacher of History in a West Sussex comprehensive school and had previously worked as an Associate Lecturer within the History department at the University of Chichester.

INTERESTS

Tim holds a Doctorate in Medieval History accredited through the University of Southampton, a PGCE in History, a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching at Higher Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
