Claire joined the University in 2019 as Head of Financial Planning and Control, leading the Management Accounts function, and became Director of Finance in 2020.

Claire is an accomplished finance leader with over 17 years of experience in the higher education sector. Since 2008, she has held a range of finance roles, developing expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic resource management within academic institutions.
