About

KJ began her training at The University of Chichester graduating with a 1st Class (Hons) degree in 2010, after which she went on to join Transitions Dance Company touring internationally and gaining a Masters Degree in Dance Performance from Trinity Laban.

During her professional career she has danced for a number of choreographers such as Akram Khan, Lila Dance, Flexer and Sandiland, James Wilton, Jorge Crecis, Tim Casson, Balbir Singh and currently performs for GlassHouse.

Alongside performing, KJ loves to teach and be involved in many different community projects. Teaching a full range of ages and abilities from professional class to pre-school and up to adult. She works closely with Instep Dance Company and recently joined the team at Commotion Dance. KJ teaches Retrospectif Dance Company (over 50s dance) based at The Point, Eastleigh and also teaching as an associate lecturer at the University of Chichester.

Alongside all of the above, KJ works in a producing role as the Agent for Dance Excellence at The Point, Eastleigh.

Laure is a Senior Lecturer in Physical Education, Dance and Education. She coordinates the School Direct Secondary Programme. She teaches dance on the PGCE Secondary route, PGCE Primary and undergraduate PE and Primary degrees.
