His 2015/16 Dichterliebe in Germany and the UK was followed by a ‘thrilling Schubert’s Winterreise’ in 2016/17, praised by critics as ‘an emotional rollercoaster’. Recent solo highlights have included a number of Bach St John and St Matthew Passion Evangelist performances, his 40th Messiah and a ‘sensitive and moving’ Britten St Nicholas. Future international engagements include returning to Italy, Germany and Romania.

Major film soundtracks have included working with Ewan McGregor and Richard E Grant. Numerous live broadcasts, solo recordings and lead film roles complete his catalogue.
