Laure Jackson

Laure has taught for fifteen year in a variety of schools. Her roles included responsibility for Dance and Head of Year for a number of years. She introduced Dance at examination level in two local secondary schools and has experience of moderation and providing INSET for local primary and second school teachers.

She has worked in both the south of France and Sweden teaching Physical Education, Dance and English.

Laure completed a BEd (Hons) Degree at University of Brighton in 1989. She is also a qualified teacher of EAL and is currently studying for a Masters in Education at University of Chichester. Her areas of interest for research include Psychology, Dance and Outdoor Education.

Laure is involved in leading and assessing the Duke of Edinburgh Award for a centre in West Sussex.

Laure co-ordinates the swimming and Dance module and the Aesthetic and Creative routeway within the School of Physical Education.
