About
Cecile was elected to the Board in January 2025. Originally from France, Cecile has lived in the UK since 2011 and previously spent several years in Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences from La Trobe University, Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from Solent University, UK. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is currently pursuing doctoral research in Organisational Identity.
In her role as a Human Resources Business Partner, Cecile works closely with senior leaders, providing strategic and operational people-focused support across the organisation.
Passionate about higher education and the student experience, Cecile is committed to supporting the University’s values, governance, and long-term strategic ambitions through her role on the Board.
