The company experience operates on a work-based learning model and in addition to gaining the experience of being directed by professional choreographers and creating and devising choreography, they develop the skills needed to enable them to set up their own companies.  Some, in addition to developing their dancing, specialise in arts administration will learn to work with theatres and schools to gain bookings, plan travel arrangements (both across the UK and abroad), devise marketing material from posters, programmes to information packs and social media advertising.  Other students gain additional skills in scenography, operating the lighting and sound systems and learning about the importance of health and safety in the theatre setting.
