“I was part of the inaugural WSLA in June 2014, an incredible opportunity that supported me to develop my leadership values such as coaching, challenging conversations, prioritising, delegating, dealing with conflict and building relationships. This course had a huge positive impact on my professional career, I was promoted to the Senior Athlete Manager and in September 2016, I successfully launched and developed an internal Women’s Leadership programme to support staff with their development and progression into leadership roles.

I am also a qualified Personal Performance Coach. I have supported clients, often working in highly demanding environments with self-leadership and empowerment to build on their skills and improve performance in a balanced way.

My passion lies in supporting women to achieve their potential in sport as well as in their lives beyond sport. I consider myself a good listener and I am empathetic towards others. My leadership style is caring and supportive and I am looking forward to meeting the new Team at WSLA 2018 – bring it on!”
