What distinguishes Game from others in her field of expertise is that she acquired experience in the field of advocacy for women and sport at a very young age and she is passionate about the subject. She volunteered in sport administration for several years and in different capacities, in Table Tennis in Botswana, Southern Africa as well as Africa. She founded Women and Table Tennis as well as women Cricket in Botswana. She was also Secretary General for Women and Sport Botswana.

In the past five years she worked for Botswana National Sport Council (BNSC) both as a special Project Coordinator and Games General Manager, she had always worked with Women and Sport Botswana which is a sub-structure for BNSC. The highlights of her sporting career include preparing the bid and won hosting of IWG for Botswana. She also led Botswana team to the 2010 Commonwealth Games, also she represented Africa at a panel discussion at the 5th IWG World Conference in Sydney.

She attended and represented the country in many International forums, meetings and Conferences and also attended a Sport Management Seminar for women at the International Academy of Sport Science and Technology in (AIST) Lausanne, Switzerland.

Game has a special interest in being the voice for the voiceless women and girls participating in sport and she believes the road to success is through hard work, accountability and honesty. Based in Botswana, she is determined to lead a productive and result oriented IWG Secretariat and host a successful 7th IWG World Conference in 2018 in Gaborone, Botswana.

She holds Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and scheduled to complete Masters in Sport Management also at the University of Botswana in 2016.
