This module develops competency in business planning with the imaginative use of physical and creative resources. You will examine examples of business projects in commercial and publicly funded music, different marketing models, as well as consider the evolving management cultures which have influenced the music industry over the last 40 years. You will also experiment with different approaches to your own marketing and general business strategies to extend your imaginative range within the individual projects and in developing a viable individual business model.
