This module will cover consumer behaviour models, as well as sources and types of consumer data and how these can be measured. the topic of big data will be considered and how this has facilitated customer insight, as well as an introduction to some of the tools for analysis. You will consider consumer demographics, psychographics, motives and values and how these influence the consumer decision making process. Real world problems will be discussed and appropriate segmentation strategies considered.
