The module draws upon the specialist expertise of our History tutors, as you examine a different approach to history each week from a range of contemporary theoretical perspectives.
These will include, amongst others, social and cultural history, the history of women, gender and sexuality, ideology and discourse analysis, postcolonial, postmodern and empiricist histories, the history of the visual image, landscape and public history, the legacy of modern war, and heritage studies.
