This module has been designed to support you in developing a critical understanding of the concept of professionalism and how it relates to being a graduate in the workplace.
A practically-led module that will help you in advancing your career ambitions and plan your development for graduate recruitment, one-year professional placement in year 3 and/or the placement/project in the final year.
The module will also reinforce the importance of developing your employability and encourages continuous reflection on personal and professional development and the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours (competencies) in the workplace.
You will be equipped with the understanding of the value of reflective practice, and how reflection can be used as the basis for meaningful personal and professional development.Â
