This module aims to challenge and deepen your understanding of the creative and innovation process at a personal and organisational level. It identifies and draws your attention to the practice of creativity and entrepreneurship in an organisational setting. It will illustrate some of the essential links between innovation and creativity theories. 
 
The overall aim is to help to develop and broaden your ability in ways that may lead to improved innovation and creativity. This module builds on previous modules at level 4.
