In this module, you will study the law relating to the practical aspects of establishing and running a business.
You will learn about business organisations available in both incorporated and unincorporated forms and their theoretical foundations.
You will also be introduced to the rules and procedures which apply to the establishment of businesses, aspects of corporate governance, the differing means of financing a business, as well as insolvency.
During this module, you will examine the different forms of taxation in relation to businesses, while continuing to develop legal reasoning, research and referencing skills.
