This module has been designed for those who wish to gain accreditation and specialist knowledge in the education of children and adults with autism.
Through critical debate, theory and research this module aims to explore current understanding about teaching pupils and adults on the autism spectrum across the age range (0 – 25 years) and evaluate approaches to teaching and learning that promote inclusive practice.
You will be encouraged to develop your knowledge and skills by relating your professional experience and assignments to your workplace practice, gaining insights into the diversity of individual’s experiences in different educational settings.
