This module provides you with an opportunity to select, research and critically assess a range of contemporary HR issues in depth.

These range from issues such as:

  • surveillance
  • emotional intelligence
  • aesthetics
  • discrimination in the workplace
  • the changing psychological contract
  • harassment and bullying at work.

You will also consider incivility in the workplace, ‘healthy’ organisations, and the intensification of work.
