This module will introduce you to the different aspects of contract law. You will study the nature of contract law and the fundamental elements of a valid legal contract.
You will also develop an understanding of contractual terms, vitiating factors, termination of a contract, as well as remedies in the event of a breach.
You will continue to develop legal reasoning, research and referencing skills.
