This module adopts a practical approach to develop your business ideas and writing a one-year business plan. The module focuses on the key aspects needed for business start-up, or going freelance, whether this be on a part-time or full-time basis.
This module ties together learning across business management, including marketing, sales, finance, operations, strategic decision making and internal/external factors.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to learn the key concepts to develop a viable business idea and plan.
