This module will introduce student teachers to a range of developmental, cognitive, social and emotional influences that affect pupil learning and progress. Student teachers will learn how to plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions that contribute to removing barriers to pupil learning, including the use of Augmented and Alternative Communication (AAC) and ICT.
