This module aims to provide you with an understanding of the multidisciplinary nature of sports performance pertinent for coaches. You may examine the demands of sporting performance, from a psychological and physiological standpoint, while also considering the influence of biomechanics on fundamental sporting movements. Where appropriate, performance analysis systems may also be used to help assess the demands for training and of competition. You should look to evaluate the internal and external factors affecting performance.
