Fundraising Strategy

You will build on your knowledge of the different approaches to fundraising and ask ‘how do we plan to raise a large sum and create income sustainability’? You will discover how to research a range of information about the organisation and its legal structure, external and internal fundraising trends, and the macro-environment and its role in informing the development of a fundraising strategy. You will explore a number of planning tools and techniques to make the important business of deciding how to raise fund less daunting and more reliable.
