You will explore why firms decide to operate beyond their national markets and to participate in globalisation and what the consequences on business functions are. the study of the context of this internationalisation process includes the survey of cultural, political, and legal aspects of international business and how multinational firms structure themselves and their operations to adapt to this environment. This includes a discussion of all functional areas of the multinational firm.
