Leading and Managing Professional Practice

This module introduces you to the key factors that affect strategies for leading and managing change in work or volunteering environments. You will critically reflect on aspects of your professional practice linking to leading and managing theory. You will develop knowledge and understanding of how to improve practice through working alongside staff, children and their families.
