It is key to achieving Professional Requirements, including verification of the Complete HCSP Training Manual/Competency Log and IBMS Registration Portfolio, as well as demonstrating achievement of Practice Assessment Document (PAD) outcomes and HCPC Standards.
The module will primarily be delivered and supported at the clinical placement laboratory.
The Learning Contract is a 4,000-word scientific report based on a disease case study, showing the role of Biomedical Scientists in patient care. It demonstrates your knowledge and skills from placement and may include observed practical work or clinical events. It can support IBMS module evidence and is graded by the University team.
