This module aims to provide you with an introduction to the nature of political ideology. It will familiarise you with definitional discussions, including Marxist, Liberal, and ‘Truth Neutral’ approaches.
You will be introduced to the relationships between political ideology and political myth and explore a range of indicative political ideologies, including conservatism, socialism, fascism, and ecologism.
