Year Two Wider Curriculum – A Creative Curriculum/Creative Teaching in the Wider Curriculum

In this module students will continue to develop and apply their pedagogical understanding, subject knowledge and skills in the wider curriculum. This module will also demonstrate how to teach in a thematic, cross-curricular manner. Drawing upon key theoretical ideas related to pedagogy and the wider curriculum, students will analyse the opportunities and challenges associated with a cross-curricular approach to teaching the foundation subjects.
