Star Wars cast join University for talk on original trilogy
CAST and crew members of the original Star Wars trilogy have spoken about their time on the set of the famed franchise with the University of Chichester.
Producer Robert Watts was joined on stage at the Worthing Assembly Hall with Boba Fett actor Jeremy Bulloch, Ewok Logray actor Mike Edmonds, and Oscar and BAFTA winner for Special Effects George Gibbs.
Conducting the interviews and audience question and answer session was Dr Adam Locks from the Department of Creative and Digital Technologies at the University of Chichester.
Dr Locks said: “Robert has been involved in some hugely significant films, but his career reached another level after his production work on the initial Star Wars and Indiana Jones trilogies. Robert has enjoyed a long collaboration with George Lucas and Lucasfilm and worked with Steven Spielberg on many productions.”
You Only Live Twice, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Alive and Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey are some of the other classic movies that form part of Robert’s outstanding filmography.
