About

Holly completed an MSc in Autism and Related Neurodevelopmental Conditions at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in 2020, following a degree in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Chichester and a BA in Philosophy from Cardiff University. She is an Accredited Member of the BACP and a qualified clinical supervisor.

She works as a Humanistic Existential counsellor and supervisor with adults and couples, specialising in autism, ADHD, dyslexia, ODD and other neurodevelopmental conditions. She also supports clients with anxiety, relationship difficulties and depression.

Her approach is grounded in respect for the diverse ways people experience life, with an existential focus on meaning, choice, responsibility, and navigating life’s uncertainties. She helps clients explore their values, understand their experiences, and find authentic ways of being.

Alongside clinical practice, Holly delivers workshops on ethical private practice, neurodiversity, and working therapeutically with video games and AI.
