Reviewing

I act as a peer reviewer for PeerJ, Scandinavian Journal of Sport Medicine, Sport Medicine Open, The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, BMC Geriatrics, Sport Biomechanics, and Frontiers of Physiology.

Research

My main research interest is in injury prevention as well as statistics and its application to practical sport teams. In addition, my areas of interests include the impact of exercise selection on muscle architecture and strength, pain management across exercise, and the effect of eccentric exercise apply to tendinopathies.

During my postgraduate studies I predominantly worked with individuals and teams in the sport of football, tennis, and handball focusing my work on rehabilitation process after an injury and injury prevention.
