About
Razvana is currently the subject expert for developing the BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy programme at the University of Chichester. Equipped with key insights, person-centred values, and a strong professional identity, students will be ready to deliver impactful care and shape their careers.
Razvana is an Advanced Practice Speech and Language Therapist with over fifteen years of experience in head and neck cancer. She was the Clinical Lead for Head and Neck/ENT at University Hospitals Sussex. She started her career working with children and young people and subsequently moved into the adult acute setting.
As an Advanced Practice SLT, Razvana augments her dysphagia practice with respiratory examination and diagnosis. She also developed the first national respiratory examination/diagnosis educational programme for SLTs.
Razvana’s professional portfolio includes working with two Cancer Alliances as the Strategic Implementation Lead for the Aspirant Cancer Career and Education Development Framework. In this role, she supports provider organisations in embedding the Framework across nursing and Allied Health Professional cancer services to empower the cancer workforce in their career pathway.
She is also a guest lecturer on communication skills for personalised care at Bethlehem University.
