Our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship will require you to be employed full time by the business and will attend university on a day-release basis. The apprenticeship provides you with a split of university-based modules and in-business learning and work experience.

The Degree Apprenticeship aims to provide you with a firm grounding in the principles of management, enable you to study the nature of organisations through exploring your own experience at work, develop as a self-aware and reflective manager, and build your management skills in practice.

You'll have a real job with your employer that allows you to develop the knowledge you acquire at university in the workplace. The aim is to integrate academic learning and on-the-job practical training to ensure that you complete your apprenticeship with the experience that your employer needs, now and in the future.

On successful completion you'll be awarded a BA (Hons) Management degree.

You'll pay zero fees

You'll be employed by the partner employer and will receive a salary from them. You'll pay no fee.
