Villa Maria is just an 8-minute walk to the Bognor Regis campus. It is situated just a short 2-minute walk to Hotham Park, a 22 acre beautifully landscaped park area with café and Wildforest Falls Miniature Golf.
Many events are held throughout the year and is a lovely outside social space. It is also just a 5-minute walk to Bognor Regis blue flag beach and promenade, where you will find many cafes, places to walk or cycle and popular water sport options within the surrounding areas.
Please note that when selecting your accommodation options Garth House, Prince of Wales and Villa Maria will not be available to be selected by name, all accommodation is selected by ‘Type’ and will be shown as ‘Bognor Regis, Off-Campus, university managed property’. You will then progress on to selecting your room type (ensuite or studio option) and occupancy numbers.
